Part F of title I ( 20 U.S.C. 9571 et seq. ) is amended— by striking sections 179 and 183 (as such sections were redesignated by section 102); and by redesignating sections 180, 181, 182, and 184 (as so redesignated) as sections 179, 180, 181, and 182, respectively.
