Section 305(a) (20 U.S.C. 9624(a)) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated— for fiscal year 2024— such sums as may be necessary to carry out section 302; and such sums as may be necessary to carry out section 303; and for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years, such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 302 and 303. .
