In this title: The term purchased/referred care has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1603 ) (as amended by section 401(a)). The term Secretary means the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The term Service means the Indian Health Service. The term Service unit has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1603 ). The term tribal health program has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1603 ).
