There are authorized to be appropriated— to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this Act— $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029; and to the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out this Act— $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029.
