Section 674(e)(3)(A) ( 20 U.S.C. 1474(e)(3)(A) ) is amended to read as follows: The term blind or other persons with print disabilities means children served under this Act, or children served by elementary schools and secondary schools pursuant to section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) ( 29 U.S.C. 794 ) and its implementing regulations, and who may qualify in accordance with the Act entitled An Act to provide books for the adult blind , approved March 3, 1931 ( 2 U.S.C. 135a ; 46 Stat. 1487), to receive books and other publications produced in specialized formats. .
