Section 4002(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 300u–11(b)) is amended by striking paragraphs

(8)through

(10)and inserting the following: for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, $1,425,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2028 and 2029, $1,495,000,000; for fiscal year 2030, $1,680,000,000; and for fiscal year 2031 and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000. .
