There is authorized to be appropriated $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2033 for the hiring of additional inspectors to carry out inspections under section 8 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 ( 29 U.S.C. 657 ) in covered establishments.
