Section 205(g) of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 7125(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking 2023 and inserting 2026 ; and in paragraph (6), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking the date described in paragraph

(5)and inserting October 1, 2023 .
