Section 504 of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 34 U.S.C. 11313 ) is amended— in subsection
(a)by inserting after programs the following: , including community-based gang intervention and gang prevention activities, ; and in subsection (e)(1)(B)(ii), by striking activities and inserting programs and community-based gang intervention .
