Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to the Director and the chair and ranking member of the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives a report that discloses any action of an employee of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency that— occurred between November 16, 2018, and the date of enactment of this Act; and would have been in violation of section 4(a)(1).
