Section 133 ( 20 U.S.C. 9533 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking paragraph
(6)and inserting the following: ensure that research conducted under the direction of the Research Center is relevant to practice and policy across the full educational continuum, from early childhood to postsecondary education and into the workforce; ; in paragraph (10)(D), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (11), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: carry out research that is rigorous, peer-reviewed, and large scale to determine which methods of career and technical education delivery are most effective, cost efficient, and able to be applied, duplicated, and scaled up for use in secondary and postsecondary education. ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking 8 each place the term appears and inserting 9 ; and in paragraph (2)— by redesignating subparagraphs
