Section 131(b) ( 20 U.S.C. 9531(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B), by inserting and technical after academic ; and in subparagraph (C)— by striking the achievement gap and inserting achievement and performance gaps ; and by inserting and technical after academic ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting , including, as appropriate, alignment to other federally-funded workforce development research before the semicolon at the end.
