There are authorized to be appropriated— for each watershed pilot, $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2029, which shall be in addition to the amounts made available under section 4(c)(4); and to carry out advance watershed analytics for each watershed pilot, $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
