Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall develop and implement a policy and performance framework to ensure the timely and effective mobility of employees and contractors of the Federal Government who are transferring employment between elements of the intelligence community. The policy and performance framework required by subsection
(a)shall include processes with respect to the following: Human resources. Medical reviews. Determinations of suitability or eligibility for access to classified information in accordance with Executive Order 13467 ( 50 U.S.C. 3161 note; relating to reforming processes related to suitability for Government employment, fitness for contractor employees, and eligibility for access to classified national security information).
