Section 1535(d) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ) is amended by inserting or of an element of the intelligence community (as that term is defined in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( after 50 U.S.C. 3003 )) missions of the Department .
