Sections 739 and 740 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 21 U.S.C. 379j–11 ; 379j–12) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2028. Section 740A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–13 ) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2029. Effective October 1, 2023, subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 107 of the Animal Drug User Fee Amendments of 2018 ( Public Law 115–234 ) are repealed.
