Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for 5 years, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report and briefing on— implementation of this Act, including a description of the progress made toward achieving the goals described in section 4(a) and any challenges related to implementation; and plans to expand cybersecurity cooperation with each Abraham Accords country.
