In this Act: The term Abraham Accords means— the Abraham Accords Declaration, done at Washington, DC, September 15, 2020; the Abraham Accords Peace Agreement: Treaty of Peace, Diplomatic Relations and Full Normalization Between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Israel, done at Washington, DC, September 15, 2020; the Abraham Accords: Declaration of Peace, Cooperation, and Constructive Diplomatic and Friendly Relations, done at Washington, DC, September 15, 2020, between the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Bahrain; and the Joint Declaration of the Kingdom of Morocco, the United States, and the State of Israel, done at Rabat December 22, 2020.
The term Abraham Accords country means a country that is a party to the Abraham Accords. The term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate; the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives. The term critical infrastructure has the meaning given the term in section 1016(e) of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act of 2001 ( 42 U.S.C. 5195c(e) ).
The term ransomware attack has the meaning given the term in section 2200 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 650 ).
