The following sections of the Social Security Act shall apply to the Medicare for All Program in the same manner as they apply to State medical assistance plans under title XIX of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq. ): Section 1128 ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–7 ) (relating to exclusion of individuals and entities). Section 1128A ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–7a ) (civil monetary penalties). Section 1128B ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–7b ) (criminal penalties). Section 1124 ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–3 ) (relating to disclosure of ownership and related information). Section 1126 ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–5 ) (relating to disclosure of certain owners). Section 1877 ( 42 U.S.C. 1395nn ) (relating to physician referrals).
