Section 399Q of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280g–5 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)(D)— by redesignating clauses

(vi)and

(vii)as clauses

(vii)and (viii), respectively; and by inserting after clause

(v)the following: screening for and treatment of chronic conditions; ; and in subsection (c), by striking fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
