Section 29(i)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1831f(i)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking $5,000,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking 20 percent and inserting 25 percent .
