The Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall direct the National Disclosure Policy Committee
(NDPC)to adopt a classification category for the purposes of anticipatory disclosure policy to facilitate information sharing on Pillar One, Pillar Two, and other critical technologies for Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
