Section 7002(a)(3)(B)(i) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 30 U.S.C. 1606(a)(3)(B)(i) ) is amended by striking fuel minerals and inserting oil, oil shale, coal, or natural gas . Section 7002(c)(4)(A)(ii) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 30 U.S.C. 1606(c)(4)(A)(ii) ) is amended by inserting significant projected domestic production decline, after abrupt demand growth, .
