Section 413(a) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5373(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking 21 months and inserting 38 months ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 30 months and inserting 50 months .
