Section 3 of the Peace Corps Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2502 ) is amended— in subparagraph (b)— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated $410,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2024 through 2028 to carry out this Act. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking that fiscal year and the subsequent fiscal year and inserting obligation until the last day of the subsequent fiscal year ; and by redesignating subsection
(h)as subsection (e).
