Section 10606(b)(2) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523(b)(2) ) is amended by striking $750 and inserting $1,500 . Section 10606(d)(1) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523(d)(1) ) is amended by striking shall make available in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)and all that follows through the period at the end of subparagraph
(C)and inserting shall use such sums as are necessary to carry out this section. .
