The Secretary shall, in accordance with section 922 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 ( 7 U.S.C. 2279c ), carry out an internship program within the Agricultural Research Service for graduate students pursuing a degree or conducting research relating to climate change and agriculture. Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary may use to carry out the program described in subsection
(a)not more than $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
