Except as provided in subsection (b), the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 ( 52 U.S.C. 20501 et seq. ) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law. Subsection
(a)does not apply with respect to the following provisions of such Act: Section 1 (relating to the short title) ( 52 U.S.C. 10101 note). Section 3 (relating to definitions) ( 52 U.S.C. 20502 ). Any section amended or redesignated under section 2 of this Act.
