Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall assist the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to create a Ukrainian Depot Maintenance Plan containing, at a minimum— the steps necessary to put into place maintenance planning and management processes that will yield the robust, flexible organic depot maintenance capabilities; and plans for resetting the force by repairing or replacing the substantial quantities of weapon systems and equipment being worn out or lost due to Ukraine’s current military operations.
