Section 172 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3227 ) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(e)and
(f)as subsections
(f)and (g), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(d)the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 170(e)— $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $27,500,000 for fiscal year 2026; $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $32,500,000 for fiscal year 2028; $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and $37,500,000 for fiscal year 2030. .
