Except as as provided in section 2(e)(2)(B), the amendments made by sections 2, 3, and 4 of this Act shall take effect on January 1, 2025, and shall apply with respect to violations that occur on or after January 1, 2025. The amendments made by section 5 of this Act shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act, and shall apply with respect to violations that occur on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
