For the fiscal year 2025 allocation of amounts under the Native American Housing Block Grants program, as authorized under title I of Native American Housing and Self-Determination Act of 1996 ( 25 U.S.C. 4111 et seq. ), the number of qualifying low-income housing dwelling units under section 302(b)(1) of such Act ( 25 U.S.C. 4152(b)(1) ) shall not be reduced due to the placement of a Native American veteran assisted with amounts provided under the Tribal HUD-VASH Program within any such qualifying unit.
