Section 432(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 629b(a) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (9); by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(10)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: contains descriptions of— all Federal funding sources currently used or for which there is a plan to use in the future to support family-centered treatment substance use disorder programs for families with children who are in, or at risk of entering or re-entering, the child welfare system; and how the State agency is partnering with, or plans to partner with, public or private agencies providing substance use disorder treatment services for families in, or at risk of entering, the child welfare system. .
