Section 25006 of the Infrastructure and Investment and Jobs Act ( 23 U.S.C. 151 note) and the item relating to such section in section 1(b) of such Act are repealed. The Secretary of Energy and the Secretary of Transportation may not continue or reestablish the electric vehicle working group described in such section, or establish any substantially similar working group or advisory committee.
