For the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this section and ending on December 31, 2030, the North Atlantic right whale vessel strike reduction rule contained in section 224.105 of title 50, Code of Federal Regulations, in effect during the fiscal year ending on September 30, 2022, may not be amended, updated, modified, or replaced.
