The National Labor Relations Board shall— examine cases in which a quota (as such term is defined in section 2 of the National Labor Relations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 152 )) was used as a reason to deny a worker rights under the National Labor Relations Act; and as often as practicable, submit a report on such cases to— the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate; and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives.
