Section 1104 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S. 3234) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by inserting or covered intelligence community element after the appropriate inspector general of the employing agency ; and in subsection (c)(1)(A), by inserting or covered intelligence community element after the appropriate inspector general of the employing or contracting agency .
