Section 425(e) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11385(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The requirements described in this subsection may not be applied if the application for assistance under this subtitle that includes the provision of outpatient health services also describes a plan to provide such services through a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. .
