The first section of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 181 ) and sections 21, 27, 34, 39, and 43 of that Act ( 30 U.S.C. 241 , 184, 182, 209, 226–3) are amended by striking gilsonite each place it appears and inserting asphaltite .
