Sec. 5. Reports to Congress

For each year 1 or more drugs are held by a manufacturer in reserve supply pursuant to an agreement under section 2, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the progress of the pilot program under such section. The reports referred to in subsection
(a)shall each include— the essential pediatric cancer drug list in effect during the year covered by the report (including any changes made to the list throughout the year); the total number of agreements entered into under section 2 during such year; the total amount of each covered pediatric cancer drug purchased by the Secretary pursuant to such agreements during such year; the total amount of each covered pediatric cancer drug distributed from the reserve supplies under section 4 during such year; and any other information that the Secretary determines relevant.
