Section 165(c)(6) of the Russian-Venezuelan Threat Mitigation Act ( 22 U.S.C. 9753(c)(6) ) is amended by striking the date that is 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2025 . Section 166(e) of the Venezuelan Arms Restriction Act ( 22 U.S.C. 9754(e) ) is amended by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following new paragraph: December 31, 2025; or . Section 183(b) of the Venezuela Emergency Relief, Democracy Assistance, and Development Act of 2019 ( 22 U.S.C. 9763 ) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2025 . Section 5(e) of the Venezuela Defense of Human Rights and Civil Society Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–278 ; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2025 .
