Section 202(a)(1) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Enforcement Act ( 34 U.S.C. 40501 ) is amended by inserting after including migrants the following: , without regard to whether the manner of death is determined to be a homicide . Title II of the Child Abuse Prevention and Enforcement Act ( 34 U.S.C. 40501 et seq. ) is amended— by redesignating the first section 205 as section 204; and in section 204(a), as redesignated, by inserting after including migrants the following: , without regard to whether the manner of death is determined to be a homicide .
