Section 9002(7) of the National Levee Safety Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 3301 ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i)— by striking manmade barrier and inserting hard or manmade structure or barrier ; by inserting , seawall, revetment, bulkhead, groin, jetty, breakwater, dike, levee after floodwall ; and by inserting or soft infrastructure (including a beach, dune, or coastal bank) after other structure) ; and in subparagraph (C)— in clause (iii), by inserting or after the semicolon; in clause (iv)(V), by striking ; or and inserting a period; and by striking clause (v).
