Section 161 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3211 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: The Secretary shall, on an annual basis, prepare and submit to the appropriate committees a report regarding the implementation of all outstanding recommendations from the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Labor or the Government Accountability Office. .
