Section 201 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8831 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (6), by striking the and after the semicolon; in paragraph (7), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: shall establish or expand partnerships with public and private sector entities to— accelerate the development of domestic quantum supply chain and supply chain-supporting technologies; and reduce quantum supply chain vulnerabilities. ; and in subsection (b)(2)— in subparagraph (B), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: to identify quantum supply chain and supply chain-supporting technologies necessary to ensure United States competitiveness in quantum information science, technology, and engineering. .
