The Attorney General shall centralize oversight of transnational repression prosecutions in the National Security Division of the Department of Justice, or any successor organization. The Attorney General, acting through the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, shall centralize oversight of transnational repression investigations in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or any successor organization.
