Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every year thereafter for three years, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and of the Senate, a report, including a classified annex if necessary, describing, for the previous year, each act of serious counter-dissident activity committed by— each individual determined to be inadmissible under section 212(a)(3)(H) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182 ); and each individual with respect to whom a waiver was granted under clause
(v)of such section 212(a)(3)(H) and a justification for each such waiver. The Secretary of State shall make the unclassified version of the report required under subsection
(a)publicly available on the website of the Department of State.
