Section 639 of the Head Start Act ( 42 U.S.C. 9834 ) is amended by striking: (other than section 657B) $7,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2008, $7,650,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, $7,995,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2011 and 2012 and inserting (other than sections 657B and 657C) $36,000,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2025 through 2030 .
