Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds made available under the headings Economic Support Fund , Assistance for Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia , Development Assistance , Transition Initiatives , Complex Crises Fund , and Global Health Programs in this or any other Act making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs may be made available to support the reintegration of, and provide other assistance for, veterans of the Ukrainian military, including reservists.
