Section 147(d) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3197(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Enrollees in Civilian Conservation Centers may provide assistance in carrying out reforestation of white oak and associated hardwood forest reforestation projects on National Forest System land in accordance with the land and resource management plan applicable to such land pursuant to section 6 of the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 ( 16 U.S.C. 1604 ). .
